TheLowPrice.com ("we", "us") operates a price-comparison website for shoppers in the United States. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Server logs. Like nearly all websites, our servers automatically log requests, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and timestamps. We use these logs for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
• Outbound click records. When you click through to a retailer, we record the click (including your IP address) to measure which deals are useful and to detect click fraud. Retailers and their affiliate networks may independently set cookies or track your visit under their own privacy policies once you leave our site.
• Email addresses. If you sign up for price alerts or our deal email (where offered), we store the email address you provide and the products/targets you choose. We use it only to send what you asked for.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising or advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not use third-party analytics services.
• We do not require an account to use the site.

Cookies

The public site works without cookies. A session cookie is used only for site administrators who sign in. If email signup features are enabled, form submissions are protected by standard anti-forgery measures.

Data retention

Server logs are retained for up to 14 days. Click records and price-alert subscriptions are retained until no longer needed for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of any personal information we hold about you (such as an alert subscription or click records tied to your IP address) by contacting us. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA through the same contact; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by those laws.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
